Are you feeling overweight, tired, or simply unhealthy? Have you tried to lose weight and failed? That's where I was when I found the Take Shape for Life (TSFL) program. After trying to lose weight on my own for many years and just gaining it back, I knew I had to find something that would teach me how to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle, not just shed the pounds. I found out through an acquaintance (and health coach) about the TSFL program. At first I was skeptical thinking, those transformation pictures can't be typical and must have been altered. However, after three months of research, asking my new friend tons of questions, and reading half of the book Dr. A's Habits of Health I took the plunge. And I'm very grateful I did. I started the program on Jan 6th and within three months I had already surpassed my goal and decided to readjust my goal weight to be within my BMI range (a number I didn't think was possible).
